The Joye 510 kit and Cignot's service are great! |

This is my first experience with e-cigarettes and I couldn't be more pleased. After doing many hours of research, I determined the Joye 510 would be the best starting place for me. The battery life is not as bad as I thought it would be after reading so many reviews, but I am definitely glad I got the PCC, and would highly recommend this particular kit as the ideal start for anyone considering e-cigarettes. The kit is completely comprehensive and is ready to go as soon as you receive it. Cignot's service is unbelievably responsive and helpful - Vicki is lightning fast in shipping and replying to any questions. Can't say enough good things about the service, just outstanding. Placing my second order for various accessories and liquid (after shopping the competition and determining even the accessories and liquids are listed at very competitive prices if not the most inexpensive), and I'm sure I will order exclusively through Cignot.

A friend of mine recommended this kit for my first Ecig and I have to say it is excellent. The shipping was extremely fast, it arrived within three days of my order. I decided to go with one auto battery and one manual. I got menthol, one bottle of VG and one bottle of PG. Both were good and I now mix the two at a 70 PG/30 VG ratio. They can produce about as much vapor as you can handle. As I knew ahead of time, the Achilles heel of this kit is the battery life, but with the PCC it is pretty much non existent. After the first week the auto battery started to have issues, cutting off after only being on for two seconds or so every time I pull on it. I contacted Vicki and she immediately offered to send a replacement with a return envelope. I also asked if it would be possible to get another manual in return, since I tried both and liked to the manual better. She accommodated me without hesitation. Another company would be hard pressed to equal Cignot's customer service. Truly excellent.

My cousin uses the Joye 510 and wanted me to give it a try. I finally ordered this kit, fully expecting it to be a waste of money. Boy, was I wrong! I cannot believe this ecig has satisfied my nicotine addiction. I totally gave up regular cigarettes from the very first day of using the Joye 510.
I chose the PCC kit because I was unsure of battery life and didn't want to be caught away from home with a dead battery. However, a fully charged battery and a full cartridge will last me all day long...but I'm not a heavy smoker/vaper.
I have been using this for a couple of weeks and have had no problems with any of the equipment so far. Am curious to know what lifespan I will get out of each piece...battery, atomizer, cartridge, PCC...before I have to order replacements. Whatever that is, it is already cheaper than cigarettes!
Vicki was also a tremendous help with questions I had regarding the differences in each model. Her answers guided me to the one that was right for me.

This kit is perfect for anyone starting out with vaping. I had a very bad experience with another company. The Joye product screams quality, from the separate atomizers, to the metal-box charging kit, to the manually-operated batteries with the bright LEDs. Cignot are the best on the web, and Vicki has won my business. Their prices are the same or lower as other outlets, but even if they weren't, you can't put a price on great customer service. Please read the guide they have put together on this site and also the instructions that come with the kit. As someone who has been vaping a few months now, I know some tips and tricks to have the best vaping experience and extending the longevity of the hardware (I use cotton balls and q-tips). Here's a tip: If you like this kit, order some blank "pyramid" tea bag cardomizers and some e-liquid (the cappuccino flavor is out of this world), and an USB AC adaptor. Have fun, learn to enjoy the experience, and take care of your hardware!

I have been using my 510 for around 2 weeks, and have been very pleased with it! I was not a really heavy smoker, and don't vape heavily in my own opinion, so I get about 8-10 hours out of a battery. Tons of vapor, easy to use, love this with a drip tip!
As for Cignot, they are definitely my preferred supplier. I placed my order late evening, changed my mind about what I wanted, and Vicki changed my order no problem when I emailed her within about an hour. She shipped the next business day!
I also had contacted her with some questions, and she answered all of them honestly, even though her honest answers steered me away from buying more product from her! She runs her business with real integrity, and that will definitely keep me coming back, as well as recommending her to anyone else interested in vaping! Thank you again, Vicki!
