I received the kit yesterday and I have to say the first thing that struck me was the packaging. I am a big recycle person and was glad to see that the package was simple and could be recycled. I have been smoking for far too long and with this I know that my husband and I will be able to quit. My daughter who smokes to came over to see it and did take a puff and wants one herself and says she is going to tell all of her smoker friends about it. Thanks for the fast shipping.

I haven't bought a pack of cigarettes in three weeks! This will help me quit smoking for good! My only complaint is that I didn't really know what I was doing when I ordered so I didn't get the charging case. It is something I really need since I am on the go alot. I would recommend this product to anyone!

Cignot has STELLAR reviews as a quality shop from the e-cigarette forums - and after ordering (late) Friday and receiving Monday - the girls completely lived up to their hype. Product arrived, looked perfect, as has so far been perfect!

This has everything I could possible have wanted for an introduction to e-cigarettes (ideally suited to my needs because I spend my days on a computer. Searched many, many sites before finding this outstanding deal.
I am very glad I searched long enough to e-meet Terri. I've never been treated better by any online vendor, and I look forward to being a long-term client.
5 stars for this package, 7-and-a-half stars for Terri.

Problems with passthru |

When I got my passthru it worked for about 1/2 hour and then quit E-mailed Terri and she sent out a replcement right away! But it still didn't work:( Figured it must be the battery and told Terri. Again sent one out immediatly and That was it Now That's excellent customer service!!!
