This is the eGo-C  passthru.  It has a bottom USB port that allows you to charge it as you use it. USB cord is included.

It features a safety function that allows you to turn off the battery. To place the battery in or out of locked mode, press the button 5 times within 2 seconds. The LED will flash indicating you have changed modes.

The color of the LED will go from white to deep blue to indicate the level of charge. (white being fully charged and dark blue being close to requiring a charge).
